Overview

The WashTools Low Pressure Triple Product Foaming Solution System is designed to provide foaming product to (3) application arches or manifolds. A multi-stage booster pump increases water pressure before the solution injection valves to maintain proper pressure drop across the injectors for accurate and consistent solution ratios. After the water is mixed with product, air is then injected into the product generating the foam and is delivered to the arch(s) or manifold(s) in the wash bay. Each drop can be adjusted independently for solution dilution and air injection.
