Overview

The WashTools Top Brush System is a complete cleaning system that targets the tops of vehicles and the upper portions of the front grill and upper back window areas of vehicles.  An 86" wide foamed brush is one of the largest in the industry and provides complete coverage to varying widths of vehicles.  An electric motor and gearbox drives the brush, and an included VFD panel controls the motor.  This VFD has several brush torque sensing control features that are superior to hydraulically driven systems including the Automatic Brush Reversal System.  This system allows for the brush to automatically reverse for several seconds and to move over any obstructions in the event that it senses elevated resistance due to brush guards, visors, rollover bar or luggage racks.  The closed cell foam material maintains uniform impingement during the wash day and is rinsed by an included manifold and rinse system that titrates detergents and lubricity solutions.
